I find myself saying some of the strangest things.
This week was a bit of a rough week. We had a huge bat in the house one night (when Ryan was away), Sadie got stung twice by a wasp, needed 2 bouts of antibiotics (one for an eye and ear infection and then the next set for strep throat), Max is also on antibiotics for the eye/ear infection and covered in a rash on his body anytime we go outside and on his face 25% of the time when he eats (the allergist test came back as negative this week). And has 8 new teeth over the last few weeks. Not much sleep to be had in our house.
At one point I was a bit worried about Sadie having some sort of immune problem (she gets some of the strangest infections) but then I was watching her at the zoo yesterday as she licked the hippo tank, pressed her face all over the gorilla enclosure, stuffed her hands in her mouth before washing in the restroom and ate a pile of dirt in the playground. Hmm, guess that is where it comes from. I did manage to wipe the bird poop off her arm before she touched it in the budgie aviary.
